What you’ll do

As a Marketing Specialist at Cleva, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing our community, driving our ambassador program, and supporting our growth initiatives. You’ll manage The Cleva Community, foster ambassador engagement, and lead activities and merch distribution. Collaborating with the Growth Lead, you’ll help plan events, create content, and manage social media. Additionally, you’ll analyze data from campaigns, community feedback, and ambassador activities to refine strategies.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as Community Manager for The Cleva Community, creating an engaging, supportive environment.
  • Oversee the Cleva Ambassador Program: recruit, retain, plan activities, and manage merchandise distribution.
  • Plan and support Cleva events and exhibitions.
  • Create blog posts, be able to handle email marketing, and manage our social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing growth campaigns and content strategy.
  • Gather and analyze data from social media, community feedback, and ambassador activities to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Support product testing by conducting A/B tests and Alpha releases, and gather feedback from the Cleva Community.

Who you are

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, English or a related field.
  • 2+ years in community management, marketing, or similar roles, preferably within fintech or digital platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for engaging communities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities.

Nice-to-have qualifications (not required)

  • Prior experience as a Marketing Specialist, Community Manager or Social Media Manager at a Fintech company.
